Saratoga Springs, NY – 7/13/2023 – Saratoga Associates, Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers, and Planners, P.C. is pleased to announce that Leslie Hulbert, RA, CDT, an architect at the firm, has successfully passed the Construction Document Technologist (CDT) Exam.
The CDT certification is awarded by the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and demonstrates Leslie’s expertise in the preparation and interpretation of construction documents. This achievement further enhances her ability to contribute to the success of projects undertaken by Saratoga Associates.
Leslie brings over 5 years of experience in historic preservation, as well as higher education and culturally significant architecture. Throughout her career, she has worked on the restoration of buildings along the east coast associated with prominent figures such as George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Frank Lloyd Wright. Her experience has honed her critical thinking skills when navigating the intricacies of code review, system integration, and incorporating modern improvements within restrictive environments.
In addition to her expertise in historic preservation, Leslie possesses proficiency in various software applications. She excels in developing 3D models using Sketchup and Revit, producing construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD, creating 3D renderings, generating presentation graphics, and effectively managing construction administration.
