Visual Assessment + Scenic Management

Public Interest in visual quality and aesthetic compatibility is becoming increasingly important in development planning and decision-making, guiding how regulators consider and act on proposed projects. Saratoga is of the most respected providers of visual impact assessment services in the country. The Saratoga Team served as select peer reviewers of the groundbreaking NYS Department of Environmental Conservation guidance document on assessing and mitigating visual impact.
