We strive to offer our clients dedicated, timely and cost effective services with the objective of delivering experienced staff and customized recommendations that meet the client’s specific project needs.

Our mission is three-fold: we know that creating compelling destinations, enriching communities, and safeguarding special places are independently important but together are the alchemy of successful and sustainable design.

Our work is generally focused in the following practice areas:

COMMUNITY PLANNING + DESIGN
Our goal is to revitalize communities by creating a “sense of place” through an achievable vision that generates excitement and helps communities thrive economically, socially and culturally.

HIGHER EDUCATION
We set out to understand individual campus history, context and values, helping institutions envision their future, manage their resources and maintain flexibility to embrace change.

PARKS, RECREATION + CULTURAL LANDSCAPES
As designers and planners, we carry out projects with imagination, technical mastery and a strong environmental conscience to provide people with open space resources they can utilize to enrich the human experience.

URBAN PLANNING + DESIGN
We understand that a city’s built form imposes functional relationships and influences external systems, therefore we plan responsive, context-sensitive and durable designs for the long term.

VISUAL ASSESSMENT + SCENIC RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
As landscape architects, consideration of aesthetic quality of the visible landscape is founded in our core values and is exercised in our scenic assessment projects locally, nationally and internationally.

Saratoga Associates is always interested in exceptional professionals looking to advance their careers in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering and Planning. We are also interested in providing internships in each of our offices.
