Saratoga Associates celebrates the final push for the completion of the Betty Little Arts Park. This Saturday, on the 20th anniversary of 9/11, the City of Plattsburgh will host the grand opening, including multiple displays and performances. This once underutilized green space will now be home to local art installations, a splash pad, and event space.
