Betty Little Arts Park

Saratoga Associates led community planning, public outreach, design development, and construction administration services for projects to increase public access to the Saranac River and improve connections between downtown, the river, and Lake Champlain.

Saratoga Associates’ landscape architecture team was selected as the lead design firm and we are excited about the progress of the construction. With the completion of the mural, the park construction has started off with new sewer line work.

We love seeing how Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) projects work together, not just through DRI grants but local grassroots programs towards community renewal.

The City of Plattsburgh, along with The Outside Art: Plattsburgh Public Art Project, are proud of their newest art installation. The Michael Anderson mural is located at the future site of the Betty Little Arts Park and “arts corridor,” connecting Margaret Street to Durkee Street.
