Master plan, Athletic Facility Design + Planning
St. John Fisher College, a 4,000 student private liberal arts institution in western New York, retained Saratoga Associates to prepare an athletic facilities Master Plan, including programming requirements of the College Athletic Department and the NFL’s Buffalo Bills football team.
Saratoga Associates provided full design services for new stadium seating, a turf playing field, and renovation of team locker rooms. Improvements were also made to secondary competition and practice fields, site infrastructure, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, and landscape enhancements.
After development of the Campus Master Plan Saratoga Associates assisted the College in the programming and design of a renovated team locker room and a new football facility including bleachers, concessions and a synthetic turf field. The locker room design was altered during mid-project to accommodate a new agreement with the Buffalo Bills to use SJFC facilities for summer training.
Full programming and design services were also provided for the renovation of infrastructure, softball and practice fields.
