Campus Facilities Master Plan Update

Saratoga Associates developed a comprehensive ten-year campus master plan to accommodate a projected 2,200 undergraduates and a law school enrollment of 650.  The yearlong planning process utilized a variety of research and outreach methods, including a steering committee, questionnaires and interviews, a two-day open planning charrette, ongoing articles in campus publications, and quarterly trustee presentations. The plan addressed critical issues and identified constraints to campus growth. In order to overcome these constraints, the Master Plan included a new enrollment, management, admissions, visitors center, as well ad townhouse apartments, a new academic building, modified circulation and parking patterns for better safety and access.
