John Guariglia, an Associate Principal with the firm, has worked on a variety of site development, planning and aesthetic projects throughout the Northeast and the Mid-Atlantic. His experience with all levels of site development-from concept drawings and master plans to the preparation of construction documents-enables him to effectively see projects through to completion.

“I have been exposed to a variety of project types throughout my career, and I became involved in the evolving discipline of visual impact assessment about ten years ago,” says John. His recent work has focused on visual impact studies of complex and often controversial projects. He notes, “There is great satisfaction in being involved in such projects when they are successfully permitted and constructed.”
