Noble Environmental Power is a leading renewable energy company with over 4,000 megawatts of windparks under development. The recently completed Clinton and Ellenburg projects in northern New York State include a combined 121 turbines with 191.5-megawatt generating capacity, all of it from a clean, renewable source, helping to eliminate dependence on fossil fuels. To assist Noble with community outreach and regulatory approval, Saratoga Associates prepared photo simulations of these two new windparks.
