AVR Realty plans to develop a 1,682 unit mixed use residential and commercial waterfront community on a former industrial site along the Hudson River in the City of Kingston, NY. This property offers the unique opportunity to redevelop a long derelict waterfront industrial site for community benefit. Project sensitivities include the possible visual impact of large-scale development on an adjacent Scenic Area of Statewide Significance.
