As community planners our goal is to revitalize communities by creating a "sense of place".  This is most often done by creating an achievable vision for the future that generates excitement within the most important stakeholder group; the people that live there. Saratoga Associates has developed a variety of effective strategies to help local governments, agencies and citizen groups reinvent communities to become self-sustaining; economically, socially and physically. We have the planning and political expertise to ease the strains that towns face: loss of tax base and population at one end of the spectrum, and runaway sprawl at the other.
